NEW!!  EPA Renovation, Repair, and Painting Rule

As of April, 2010, anyone working on a home built before 1978 will be required by law to have taken a certified 8 hour Renovation, Repair, and Painting course.  This course is similar to what used to be the Lead Safe Work Practice Trainings, but if you have taken Lead Safe Work Practice training, you will need to 4 hour refresher course. For more information on this law, visit the EPA website.  CLEARCorps holds low-cost RRP trainings for anyone who wishes to learn how to do lead safe work in homes. Upcoming dates for RRP courses are to be announced.

Renovate Right

Whenever performing work in a home built before 1978, you must provide the EPA's Renovate Right booklet.  to occupants, homeowners, building managers, day care centers, and/ or schools.
